International Shipping Restrictions
***International recipients are responsible for paying their country's customs/tariff fees or tax department to receive the package for international orders! ***
We are not responsible for paying upfront tariff or customs fees for customers. All international customers are responsible for these fees, we will be unable to issue any refunds for this issue.
Additionally, we will be unable to resend any lost or returned international packages due to high costs of shipping. If lost or returned, we may be able to issue a refund based on how long it's been since the package has been lost.
We are shipping to EU countries again, but please be aware that EU countries are not prone to delays at the moment! We are not in control of these delays and they are not our responsibility. Lost packages for international mail cannot be refunded or resent!
Refund Policies
Packages that have been clearly proven to be lost will be refunded except for the shipping costs. (We usually wait 1-2 months before we can confirm)
Packages that have been clearly proven to be damaged will be refunded except for the shipping costs.
Packages with the wrong address will not be refunded or resent! Please double check your address and if you need to edit, please email shopbyjustine@gmail.com ASAP! The address will be edited if not send out.
Packages with mistakes (wrong item, incorrect quanitity, etc) will be resent by replacing whatever is missing or incorrect OR a refund of the missing item will be sent.
Orders may be cancelled (please contact shopbyjustine@gmail.com with order #) but if you have placed a PREORDER, the cancellation request must be sent within 2 days. We order preorder items as soon as a day after we take all preorders, therefore it becomes a loss for our small business to cancel a preorder after some time has passed. We hope you can understand.
Products from your order may be refunded due to inventory errors, where we do not have any more of the product left in stock to include in your order. Unfortunately, mistakes can happen and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience if this happens to your order. Please contact us if there are concerns or questions!
